Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leon (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Leon provides social media planning, scheduling, analytics, collaboration, and publishing tools. The Service includes web and mobile applications, APIs, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or regulation; infringe on intellectual property rights; transmit malware or harmful code; spam, harass, or deceive others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or interfere with the Service's operation.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload to Leon. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Leon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Leon harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
