Privacy Policy

TL;DR: We collect what we need to run the Service. We don't sell your data. You own your content. You can export or delete your data anytime.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, billing information, and content you upload. We also collect usage data automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns. When you connect social media accounts, we access your profile information, posts, and analytics as authorized by each platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; send transactional emails and product updates; analyze usage patterns to improve features; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with: service providers who help operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, analytics); social media platforms you connect (to publish content on your behalf); law enforcement when required by law; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently delete it within 90 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; export your data in a portable format; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent. 6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. We use analytics cookies to understand how you use the Service. We use preference cookies to remember your settings. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256); regular security audits; access controls and monitoring; SOC 2 Type II compliance; and a responsible disclosure program. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards to ensure adequate protection for international data transfers in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
